With two bedrooms, this welcoming 90 m2 apartment offers space for up to four people.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner couch. Relax and watch many German and French stations on the Smart TV.

A dining table is set up close to the kitchen, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, pod coffee maker, toaster, mixer, Ceran cooking surface, oven, range hood, as well as everything you might need to prepare and cook nice meals.

The lower bedroom is accessed from the living room. It is furnished with a queen bed (1,60m x 2m), a bench at the foot end, as well as a spacious wardrobe and a desk below the window with view of the pool.

The second bedroom is located in the upper part of the house, reached via a wide stair case.  Here you find two beds (0,80m x 2m each), which can be used as singles or put together for one queen size bed. There is also a wardrobe and a fold out table with two chairs.

Also situated in the upper part of the house is a separate toilet and the bathroom with a shower stall, two sinks and the washing machine.

All windows in the apartment are equipped with mosquito nets.

From the living room step outside through a wide patio door onto a variety of decks and terraces. Surrounded by nature, revel in the fantastic views and beautiful space for your outdoor pleasures:

soak up sun on the lounge chairs, use the umbrella at your convenience, spent quality time or savour delightful meals at either one of the two outside dining areas.

(Unfortunately the outdoor environment is not suitable for children below 7 years because some patios are not secured.)

A few steps lead down to the pool (8 m ⵁ).  Lots of space for the adults and the shallow basin at the entrance offers enough room for the little ones to play in.  For your convenience, there is also a shower and a toilet. 

The pool is available to both vacation rentals.

The accommodation is unfortunately not designed to ensure good living conditions for people with reduced mobility.

On a stroll around the property marvel at the diverse plant life, includes Rosmarin, Thyme, Lavender, Oleander, Jasmin, Bignonia, Broom, Bamboo, Holm oak, as well as Olive-, Bay-, and Judas-trees.
